Secondary Wait-List Registration opens at 5 PM on Friday March 5, 2021 and closes once any additional spots in the camps have been filled. Students selected from the wait list will be notified with the specific registration link and instructions. While there will be some limitations and restrictions pertaining to multiple camp registrations (refer to the specific camp website information), we ask that when registering for the camp waitlists to select all camp options for which you wish to be considered. If you need financial support (a scholarship) for your student to attend our camps, please make sure to include that information when completing the wait list registration form.

If we need to make changes or cancel the camps, you will be notified by early May. Should we have to cancel the camps due to Covid-19 concerns, we will provide you with a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and we are very hopeful that the camps will proceed as planned. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Please pass along this information to friends, students, teachers, and others who might be interested in learning more about the youth camp opportunities. Check out our website (http://wyomtbcamps.org/) for additional camp information.

If a student is unable to attend the camp for any reason (i.e., injury, positive test for or exposure to another person testing positive for Covid-19, etc.) and cancellation occurs on or before May 31st (the final day of registration), then the refund options are:

1. WYMTB will provide a 50% refund of the total registration cost (Eventbrite fees + taxes + our registration)*; or

2. WYMTB will defer 100% of the camp fee to a 2022 camp.

If a student is unable to attend the camp for any reason (i.e., injury, positive test for or exposure to another person testing positive for Covid-19, non-compliance with WYMTB's Covid testing-vaccination policy, etc.) and cancellation occurs after May 31st (the final day of registration), then the refund options are:

1. WYMTB will provide a 50% refund of the total registration cost (Eventbrite fees + taxes + our registration); or

2. WYMTB will defer 100% of the camp fee to a 2022 camp.
